I just switched from Outlook 2000 to 2003 and, when I try
to use a docmd function to loop through and send emails to
people, I get that message that says that a program is
trying to automatically send a message and would I like to
send it. Is there something I can do to bypass that, like
adjust my security settings or download a patch? Any
suggestions would be great. Thanks!

The answer in a word is no there's nothing you can do to solve that directly
in Access or Outlook. That is part of Outlooks security patch that was
implemented with Service release 1 for Office 2000. To work around the
security prompts you need to use a third party tool and a bit more
programming

One is the Outlook Redemption, which is a very full featured MAPI interface
to Outlook. http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/

Or you might look at a library like our PDF and Mail Library for Access
which can work around the security prompts as well;; you'll find it on our
web.
