Mark,
By using the arguments in the SendObject method.
DoCmd.SendObject [objecttype][, objectname][, outputformat][, to][,
cc][, bcc][, subject][, messagetext][, editmessage][, templatefile]
Example...
DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport, "rptYourReportName"
This will open your default email application with the report already
attached.
Tip: I use to use SendObject, usually in SnapShot mode, but I've
recently started using
Free PDF XP for all my emailing from Access.
http://freepdf-xp.en.softonic.com/
It's a free utility that sends/saves to file objects in PDF format, which
(by now) should be viewable/printable by any recipient.
You use Free PDF just like a printer. Select Free PDF as your report
printer, and Free PDF will allow you to email the report, or save the report
to to file... etc...
