sending web page via e-mail option

I am running Win 98, w/ IE 6.0.2 and Outlook 2000 as my mail client.

When I want to send a web page by e-mail, I go to the browser's "File", the
choose "Send" then choose "Page by e-mail". Nothing happens, as the web
page just sits there.

What am I doing wrong, or is there a configuration I need to tweak?

See your thread in OE6 newsgroup, too, for replies. You should not be
opening a separate instance of OE to access newsgroups. Instead, open the
Outlook Newsreader via OL View>Go to>News.
