sending web link in an e-mail

Recently, whenever I try to send a link by e-mail, I get a message that says
"the operation failed." I have Windows XP Professional, Outlook 2003.
Anybody have any idea how I can fix this? I can't send a link or a page by
e-mail. I have to copy and paste it into an e-mail.

Outlook and Outlook Express are very different programs. You'll get more
