SEnding to AOL accounts

I have a SBS 2000 network with 6 XP and 2 98 cliients. One XP client is no longer able to send to any AOL accounts.

she uses outlook 2003, Showes mail sent, but it never arrives or is returned. She can recieve from them no problem.

I am perplexed...any Ideas/
