Sending the results of a recordset

Using Access 2002
I want to open a recordset and list the results in the body of the message

How do I open the recordset that has 2 records and loop throught it so I
place the information as follows:

Philip, 32, 1973, Manager
Jan, 27, 19778, Clerk
