Sending SMS

Hi all,

I read the article on

Is it possible to make a SMS application on a mobile 2003 device? Where do I
get "sms.dll"? Do I need to install an SDK to get it?
A little help would be appreciated.

Is your device running the Phone Edition? If yes it will be there already.
If not there is not much point getting the sms.dll
