Sending' reported error (0x8004210B)

I am unable to send messages from Outlook 2003. This just began one week
ago.
I do have multiple email address in Outlook 2003 and only one account will
send. The other three will stay in my outbox forever.
Error Message:
Task 'pop.secureserver.net (1) - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If
you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'
Error Message:
Task 'pop.secureserver.net (1) - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The
connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact
your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

If you have an antivirus scanner configured to scan incoming mail, uninstall
that AV program and reinstall it without the mail scanning feature. See if
that makes a difference.
