sending photos over internet

I have found that the photos I am e-mailing cannot be
opened by the receivers. Because of this I tried to order
prints on line to show my friends.
However this has produced a web service error as follows:

'The wizard could not connect to the internet, or the web
service returned a wizard page that is not valid'

Does anyone have any ideas what my problem is or how I
can resolve it.
