I used to be able to send graphics or photos by email but
for some reason even though I can see them on my computer
they cannot be viewed by the receiver after they are sent
(have confirmed this with 3 totally different systems).
This goes for attachments as well. What could be the
problem? I'd really like to get this fixed. Thanks.

Are these .jpg files? If not...what is the file extension?

Yes, most of them are .jpg files. Occasionally I try
a .gif or .bmp and the same thing happens though.

Karen,
Are you using Outlook for your email? If so you will need to change your out
going email to text only, then attachments should go thru.
