Sending Outlook contact in outlook format in 2007

Sending an outlook contact in outlook format should include notes and
categories. It looks fine in the sent messages but when it arrives at another
computer also on 2007 it appears as a yellow envelope attachment and only
contains the text for the notes. Sedning in other formats does work.
 
State the precise method used to send the contact, message format and mail
transport. Make sure neither sender nor recipient uses email scanning.
 
I di a right click - Send full contact - in outlook format. Mail format is
both HTML. both POP3. Howw do we finnddout ifwehav mail scanning?

Insert the Contact as an Outlook Item in an RTF message.
You would know if you installed email scanning. If you didn't set up your
email, ask the person who did.
