Sending new email messages (resulting in 2 identical emails sent)

Just recently, every time I send an Outlook message to someone, they receive
2 emails of the same email instead of just the 1, esp. when I right-click on
an attachment and "send to". Please help me straighten this out because it's
especially a problem when I'm sending photo attachments.

Are you using an antispam or antivirus scanner on your outgoing email?
Disable it.
