Sending mail.....

I have Win XP...MSN... since May 2, I have not been able to send mail
from my msn mail. The mail sits in the outbox and the little envelope
goes around and around. I have been in contact with msn, (phone), a
couple of the groups, with out a plausible answer or a fix. I have
hotmail on the bottom of MY MSN home page WHICH I am able to send mail
from which gets the same in mail as the reg. mail in- box. Any help in
layman terms would be appreciated, any step by step instructions. Thank

Hope this is not too confusing to understand.
 
To Pat, please look at your IE settings, right-click and choose properties. Look at selection for Programs- internet programs-email. In the Email, there are choices of (MSNexplorer,AOL,Hotmail,OutlookExpress,etc.) If you want MSN Explorer to send email, choose that in the list instead of Hotmail or whatever. I would check other program settings you have been using to send email. I'm using WinXP Home, hope to help.
