sending mail

I am running XP If I right click a file and "send to" an
ZIP file, when I right click to send to "mail recipient"
it comes up with a profile box, then I go into Microsoft
Outlook, My mail acc is Outlook express, can anyone help
I no not want this profile box to come up, I just want to
use outlook express
