I found that I can reply to messages and have the recipent receive the
message, however when i tried to send a picture from my adobe photoshop
elements, the e-mail was never received. What could be the cause of this?

Is there a copy of that message in your Sent Items folder?
Also check the Drafts folder and the Outbox.

Thanks Gary

There is a copy in the outlbox which goes to the sent iteks folder
problem is that it send 30 plus to which ever recipient indicated
very strange

If there is a copy in Sent Items, that is proof that the message
was successfully accepted for transmission by the mail server.

Paul, make sure you're not using a non-compatible antivirus,
McAfee or Norton.

Some anti-virus programs when set to scan email will tell WinMail the
message has been sent even though it then times out.

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
Outlook Express and should be uninstalled.
