Sending "Individual" mails to a group

How can I send mail to everyone in a group, but individually instead o
a big email with 35 people in one shot. is there an automatid way to d
this

To send meeting notices to members of our association I
address an email to any member or to an "our association"
address and then click on bcc on the email message. This
opens the list of members. To select all the names I then
select the first member, hold shift, and select the last
member. I drag the whole selection to the bcc box. The
email then goes to the whole list but each member sees
only the name of the organization as an address.>
 
You'd need to do a mail merge to send each recipient a separate message,
with his/her own name (and no one else's) in the To box. You can do this
using Word if both Word and Outlook are the same version, or you can use one
of the many 3rd party mass mailing programs available. Here are some links
