sending full headers

I used to be able to to dispaly and send full headers in outlook 2003. Now I
can't. I am unable to come uop with any configuration of outlook to do this.

And what headers do you think are missing from your outbound e-mails?
The user gets control over just a few headers, and those are sent as
*data* during the DATA command sent to the SMTP server. All the other
headers are added by your sending mail host, by intervening mail
hosts, and by the receiving mail host - not by you. You will need to
explain what you mean by "send full headers" since no sender gets to
do that even if they operate their own mail server.
