I have a customer who needs to send via different email addresses. The system uses outlook 2003, with an exchange server backend. The smtp addresses are set up via his profile (He has 3 main one that he needs to send from). Email reciept is working fine, and the exchange server collects via a pop3 client (Included in SBS). How do i get hem to choose which of these smtp mail addreses he sends from?

He needs to click the Accounts button on the message toolbar and select the
account he wants to use.

I'm not being dumb here am i? Where is the accounts button on Outlook
2003?

next to the "Send" button in the New Mail window? (At least that's where it
is in Outlook 2002)

If you don't see it, try resetting your toolbars -- View | Toolbars |
Customize.

Also note: The newsgroup interface you are using apparently does not quote
earlier messages in the thread, making your latest message so short on
detail that you risk not getting the answer you're looking for. Please take
the time to quote the original message.

It's next to the SEND button (must be in the editing or email
composing window)

I'm using 2003 and definately there.

No, resetting the toolbars didn't do the trick. The outlook 2003 is connected to an exchange server, does this make a difference ?

Make a difference with what? You've omitted the description of the problem
from your message. Please take the time to quote the original message.
