Sending files thru e-mail

I have outlook express 6, and was wondering if I could send large files, say
an OS. If not, are there any other options?

Nope - that's way too big for email. You really need to look into something
like FTP. Most mail servers have a message size limit of like, 5-10MB, if
the admins have any sense.
