Configuration:
WinXP Home
Office 2000 (Outlook2000)
Outlook2000: Message Format set to rtf, contacts set to "always sent in rtf..."

Making a new message (email-message), sending to fax-address (from contacts fax-nr), recipient gets message without fields From,
To, Sent (like normal mail). Only Subjectfield appears (all this in Faxconsole tiff-format)
Is there a way to get these fields on the fax-massage?
Has this to do with message-format (rtf)??

Thanks
Wim

State your fax software, how you are sending faxes, and where it is you are
trying to get the information to appear--the message, an Outlook Cover page
or a Fax Service Cover page?

Fax Software=MS Faxconsole 5.1 (WinXP Fax).
Sending fax directly from Outlook2000, just like email, only on To-field a faxnr from Contacts.
Trying to get the information to the message - headers should look like a normal mail-message.
No cover page.
Looks ok in Outlook (Print Preview), but in Faxconsole (and what recipient recieves) only Subject-field is mentioned.

Thanks
Wim

Right.
If you want to send more information, use a cover page.
