Sending Events from Access to Outlook with a Link back to Access

I am creating appointments in my Outlook calendar via a checkbox on an
Access form. I wish for the description(AppointmentObject.Body) of
the apointment to contain some sort of link(whether a coded button,
HTML, or other) back to the same form in Access and opening the
appropriate record. I know the coding for this once I can figure out
what method will allow me to encode the Appointment body (or even some
other part of the appointment). All coding must reside in Access as
this is a distributed application. Thanks a lot.
