Sending emails via macros

I can create a macro to send an email message without any problem. I use
SendObject and fill out the options.

Is there a way to change the email type so that I can send an email
appointment from my database? I'm using Access 2002.

Thanks,

Lesli,

Can you say a little more?... I don't understand the concepts "email
type" and "email appointment".

My company uses Groupwise as our email system. We have the option of
creating an appointment in Groupwise that, when accepted, will show up in the
users electronic calendar. I'm trying to see if I can get Access to send an
appointment to the email address specified rather than a regular email.

When I send an email right now I create the macro and send an object to an
email address. The object appears as the attachment and the rest of the
email looks just like it would if I sent one from somewhere other than inside
my database. I was hoping that I could set parameters that could create
generate an appointment instead of an email.

The more I try to explain it the less I think it might be possible. I hope
my explanation makes more sense.

Thanks for your response.

Lesli
