sending emails from access

Hi,
I would like to:
1. send emails from a form using the email address from
it. I am not sure how to do that?

2. generate (an excell spreadsheet and or form letters
straight away. Presumably I have a tickbox on the form
and the ones that are ticked would be the ones I want to
send letters to. How do I go around doing that?
