Automatic emailing to groups of people is a workflow task management feature
that does not natively exist in either Outlook alone or with the BCM add-in.
However, this is a feature that exists in a lot of other contact management
apps. The auto-action of reminding or prompting this type of task (send
emails) can often be triggered in a sales process by the completion of a
particular step in the sales process of a given opportunity. This usually
initiates when the populated value of a field in the opportunity is changed.
If you want a way to add this into particular workflow feature into Outlook
there is a 3rd party app called Prophet 3.0 that can be found at
www.avidian.com. Their enterprise edition has this capability for automatic
workflow task assignment and it might be something for you to check out to
see if it will work for what you need to do.
