Sending email

I get error message when im trying to send email only. I recieve no problem.
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Estimate', Account:
'cental.verizon.net', Server: 'outgoing.verizon.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Are you using a laptop away from home?
Try using port 587 instead of port 25.
