Sending Email using the "from" button

If i send an Email using the "from" tab and a freind recives the Email, it has in the Email this was sent by Jeff on bealf of Bill. If I select the "from" tab from another PC and send the same Email, when my friend recives the Email it has this is from Bill, it does not have "sent by Jeff on bealf of". I cannot find the setting that turns the extra notification off
 
An Exchange mailbox I asume? This is not controlled from within Outlook. You
must allow the Send As security permission on the user object in Active
Directory Users and Computers for this.
