In Outlook 2002, SP3, on a home computer without Exchange, where email is
through an ISP, I created a special Contacts folder for a soccer team that I
manage; I called the Contacts folder Sting. The Sting folder is a sub-folder
of Contacts. I would like to be able to create a distribution list that
includes all the email addresses in the Sting Contacts folder. However, when
I go to create the distribution list, the Select Members dialog box shows
only the main Contacts folder. Is there a way to bring the Sting Contacts
folder into play here? Or is there another way to accomplish creating the
distribution list that doesn't involve intermingling the soccer team
Contacts with my standard ones?
Thanks.
