Sending email that can't be altered when forwarding

I've searched all over today looking for an answer to this question -
so hopefully someone can point me to a fairly simple solution to this!

I would like to send out an email that I'm asking local community
members to forward to other local community members - but the catch is
that I don't want the recipients to be able to alter the original
message on the forward.

I know that I have received emails and newsletters (html) that behave
this way - but I can't seem to duplicate it. Anyone have any
suggestions?

There's no such thing as unalterable email, ultimately. There are several
third party add-ins that purport to make this work, but I don't think any of
them are foolproof. Search www.slipstick.com for some options.

Send it as an Adobe .pdf file.
