Sending EMail; Outlook Dialog a nuisance

Using the Object Model to send an Email. All works OK,
but after the ITEM.Send, Outlook puts up this Dialog
box "A program is trying to send an EMail on your behalf.
It may be a Virus. Do you want to Allow it?" Of course,
you MUST reply Yes or No or it waits forever. Do you know
how to stop/prevent this Dialog? Thanks,,, Frank

oh, sorry because forget to tell you the way how to do
that via the setting in Exchange Server. Here is the

Don't ask me how to set Exchange Server for that because i
don't have the adminstrator power over the Exchange Server
to do that.
