Sending Email in batches

I have a Query which Generates a list of Records with a
name and email associated to each name.
To put it simplier There are many records associated to
different people. Right now I copy all John Does Records
to a Excel Work sheet then Mail it to John Doe.

I would like to know how I can be more automated and
get away from cut and pasting then mailing the file
Can I Run a a report or Query which will group by name
or Email then send one email with the list of records
attached.
It takes to long to cut and paste

A friend told me to use Winbatch but I do not have
the time to use winbatch but rather use a function in
Office
