What are the correct settings to send email from windows to any one my isp
is zoomtown. can recieve mail but don't know how to send it yet.

Incoming Mail (POP3): pop.fuse.net
Outgoing Mail (SMTP): smtp.fuse.net
NNTP Server: news.fuse.net


Mary this video tutorial is good, use the settings it describes for Outlook
Express, (after it has dealt with web mail settings)
