Sending email from Access to Lotus Notes

Does anyone have any code that I could use to send email addresses, employee
name (used in subject line), body of text and send via Lotus Notes?

Each email address will have will have a different employee name on the
subject line.

I then have a body of text that is static. There is always a different
employee name attached to an email address.
