I just upgraded to Outlook 2002 from 2000. I used to be
able to use MS Word to send and respond to messages. Now
I cannot because the check boxes in the Tools--Options--
Mail Format tab--Message Format box are grayed out. What
am I missing?

Thanks. So I need to upgrade to Word 2002 instead of
using Word 2000?
-----Original Message-----
you need to use the same version of word and outlook.
