I tried Gary VanderMolen's suggested fix for the unsent e-mails in my
Outbox and had limited success--THANKS GARY! I'm now able to send e-
mails but get the following error box first: "One or more messages in
your Outbox do not have a valid account specified. Would you like to
use your default account to send these messages?" When I click on no,
the message sends; when I click on "yes" the message does NOT send.
Anyway, how do I get rid of the error box from popping up each time I
try to send an e-mail?
Thanks,
David T.

There are a couple of steps you can take to resolve this.
First, make sure you are not running a non-compatible antivirus
like McAfee or Norton.
Next, delete the corrupted mail account, restart Windows Mail,
then re-create that account.
Finally, if all else fails, you can upgrade to Windows Live Mail:
