Sending Distribution List

I would like to send a distribution list I created from a
Glaobal Address List to another user with the same
Glaobal Address list, but I can't follow the Help
instructions because I don't have Item in my Insert menu
for a new message. How can I send the Distribution List
to another user on the same Exchange server and import it
into their Contacts?

Which Outlook version and mail editor? All have an insert Item... option
somewhere. Some are harder to find than others.
 
Thank you for your response. I am using Outlook 2002
with Word 2002. I have looked at all the menus for a new
message, but couldn't find Item. I would appreciate any
suggestions you have.

As I recall you can just click the down arrow next to the Paper clip icon in
the Toolbar.
