I was wondering if i can send my contact information to
another person via email so that they can use it on their
computer and than put it onto a pocket pc?

ABSOLUTELY! Just takes a little "Prep work".
1st, need to know yur version of Outlook, to guide you
through the menus, or, most direct answer and you follow
your own steps is as follows:
Once you have a COMPLETED CONTACT entry for what
information you wish to share, you can do either of the
following:
1] Simply select "Insert>Item>Contacts>(Pick YOUR contact
entry)>Enter and it will be attached to your message as
an "V-Card".
OR
2] Create a standard signature, and ADD a V-Card contact
entry to that signature.
Good luck {;>

Actually, #1 inserts an actual Outlook contact item. It won't go through
unless the message is in rich-text format. A more sure method is to use the
Actions | Forward as vCard command.
