sending calender by e-mail

It's not very technical but it works. We print a month,
scan it to a PDF file and email it.
 
I've been trying for hours for the best way to do this
too. Other than scanning, you could save it as a web page
(.html) file, but that also creates a whole bunch of
other files associated with it. You would then have to
compress those into a .zip file and e-mail that out, but
then the receiver must know how to extract the files to
view the calendar. I've been trying to get the calendar
to save as a single .mht file (web archive), but I can't
get it to work without including all those numerous
little files along too. Outlook sucks.
