Sending attachments with email

I am trying to set up my windows live account and it is asking for my
incomming POP3/IMAP server and my outgoing SMPT server. Can anyone please
give me an example of what this would be. I am sure that I could figure it
out if I had an example. i don't even know how to contact outlook to ask
them these questions.

Your ISP is the contact you need. The ISP will have the necessary settings
for you. Often you can find step-by-step instructions on your ISP's support
pages. If you cannot locate it, call.
