Nope, this doesn't sound like an issue on your side but on theirs. They
should check whether they are able to receive attachments in the first
place. Also when your Excel sheet holds any macro's it's very likely that
the virusscanner on their mailserver drops the attachments as it is a
potential risk to their environment.
