Sending Attachment in outlook 2007 SLOW !!

We have office 2007, it work great and outlook too but when you try so send
a attachment (samll) 200k using outlook with the exchange server it take up
to 3 hours to send it, now if we use outlook 2003 take seconds. So is it any
known issue with outlook 2007 and attachments ?

I'm having the same problem sending attachements with Outlook. I use a DSL
line from my home, and WinXP. I've tried shutting down virus checkers and
most other non-essential software, but Outlook remains uselessly slow. I
re-installed MS Office 2003, but that did not fix the problem. I can send a
4 MB attachment via hotmail in about 10 seconds, but it takes hours in
Outlook. Any ideas?
