Sending Attachements

I have a user sending an email from Outlook 2002 SP2 with a Excel file and a
PDF file attached, when the message is sent it has dropped the PDF and
duplicated the Excel file. We are running Exchange 2000 on Server 2000.

I've observed this problem on two separate networks this month. In both
cases there were at lease three files inserted to the email; one of which
was a PDF and one a XLS. The messages have also been going to distribution
groups.

I've had server logs looked at, and I'm pretty sure this is an outlook
client issue (and not server or user related).

The OS Outlook was running on was XP-Pro in both cases. I'm not sure of
when the last update was ran on the OS--probably January on one PC and March
on the other.
