Sending an email

Hello,

I want to be able to sent a rapport directly as an attachment by email.

With office 2007 under the start button you got the option email, if you
click that one while you have an open repport he ads that repport as an
attachment.

Does anyone now the code to do this in VBA for access?

Is it possible to fill in the email adres, subject and email text already
aswell?

Thx for your reply! But I do have some difficulties understanding it...

Found some code in your links to create a pdf file of the report, but cant
get it to work.

With it's declarations it says
Dim lngRetVal As adhRegErrors

But he doesnt recognize adhRegErrors.

Im using windows vista, microsoft outlook 2007 and pdffactory.

It should be quite simple i guess, but just cant see whats going wrong...

If the report is open and I go to the start button and select email he
automaticly does what I want it to do, opens a new message with the report
as a pdf file, I only dont know what the code is to make this automatic and
how to add an email adres from a database and put some standard body text in
the email.

Had a look around the internet, but cant really find a good solution...
