I was wondering if it is possible to write an email but have it
automatically sent at a date in the future.

Thanks in Advance for your help

Kathy

Yes. Create the email, select options->do not deliver before. The date on the email will not change however.

Milly,
Thank you so much for your help, I was unaware of this feature on our Office
2007 but easily found it. I will look for it in Office 2003 when I need to
use it there. Again thank you so much.

Keep in mind that if you're not using an Exchange account, you'll have to
leave Outlook running so that it can send the message when the time comes.
