Sending an Access form by email

I would like to design a form as a survey to be sent out by email and returned completed by email. Then I would like to upload all the results back into Access. Can this be done? And or what would be the best way to do this. The same survey will be going out to all the recipients but the answers must be protected.

I do not believe an Access Form can be detached from a dtabase and sent as a separate working object through email.
