I am organising a training session for external graduate trainees and want to send out a form to trainees to confirm which of the ten sessions they wish to attend.
I have put together a simple table and form in Access 2003 with the name of the graduate and Yes/No fields for the ten sessions available.
I would like to be able to embed the form into an email to the graduate trainees, for them to be able to check the Yes/No fields for the sessions they wish to attend.
Is there a way to do this? (if there was also a way for the data in the returned form to automatically be captured by the database that would be great but not absolutely necessary!)
