Is there any way to include data from a subform on a email message as body
text? i know i can create a attachment and send the subform data that way ,
or can i create a report first then send the data only from that report as
the body text? Any help would be great

Well from reading other threads i figured out how to include subform data,
but in the body of the email all the data is connected (Date Ordered:
1/25/2006Item Ordered:13)
so how or what syntax charecter do i use for next line, how do i get The Item
Ordered Name to appear not the Item ID, and how do you include multilpe Lines
of a subform (Subform is a purchase order) there are many lines from the same
table for each item ordered for that purchase order. I want the body text of
the email to look like this

Date Ordered:1/25/2006
Job Name:Kennell

Item Ordered:Diagonal Brace Qty:15
Item Ordered:Walkboard Qty:76
Item Ordeded:End Board Qty:9

Currently it only includes the first line of the subform, And why when
editing macro (zoom) am i only allowed so many charecters, Should i be doing
this another way, My name says it all i'm a access jackass
