Can anyone help?

I have a report that includes a sub-report.
When opened manually the report works fine.
WhenI attempt to e-mail the report via a macro and the
SendObject command I get the following error
message...'The save as command can't process any subforms
contained in your report'.
The report is still sent, but the sub-form data is not
included.

Many hours debugging have given no joy.....

The best way that I have found to deal with e-mailing reports is to get a
copy of Acrobat and use that to e-mail. Anyone can read the reports that
way, and it will handel sub reports.

How do you convert the report to Acrobat? I was just playing with this tying
to export the report as rich text, as text, as XLS but the results were
unacceptable.

When you have Acrobat set up you can designate it as a printer and simply
print your file to Acrobat. It is very simple, but you have to buy the
software to create an Acrobat document. The great thing is that the
receipant does not have to buy the software, Acrobat reader is available
free on the web, so anyone can read your reports. Mine have stayed nicely
formatted and included everything that I can see when I open them in Access.
