Sending a Report in Snapshot format via email produces xls file

I have a button that I use to automatically send a report
to users in a Snapshot file format. This is working fine
on all bar one PC. All other users get the email created
and the snp file attached bar one. Which creates the email
but attached some random xls file. When I rename this file
to .snp its opens correctly? Can anyone help?????

Hello Mark,

is Lotus Notes your E-Mail-Client?
If the answer is yes, your Problem is described an solved in an articl
at the MS Knowledge Base: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=555020

The problem is, that somewhere in your user-profile/tempfiles is
*.snp with the same name as the file you try to generate. Find th
file, delete it an it should work.
