Sending a page in Outlook Express

Dear Sirs:
When I try to email an internet page or url from my IE6
browser I get a pop-up message box that says, "Choose
Profile". In the window of the pop-up box is Outlook
Express. Then, when I click OK the box disappears but
nothing happens to allow me to send the page. Any help on
this?
