Is there an easy way to forward a large number of contacts to someone else.
Having to open and save each one seems cumbersome. Am I missing something
simple?

There are several ways. One way is to copy your contacts folder to a new
PST and send that to the other person.

Thanks Brian. I did that and now am having trouble emailing the PST file. I
am running Outlook 2003. Any advice you can give will be appreciated.

What trouble are you having? Did you try zipping the PST prior to mailing?

Yes, I zipped it and emailed it. When the reciever opened the file, it was
empty. BTW, I just found yseterday's post. I'm sorry, I thought I was called
away before I hit post which is why I did it again today.

Check the zip file to see if it contains anything. Unless you closed and restarted Outlook before zipping, the exported file would have been locked and unavailable.
